Founded in West Sussex, Nyetimber has redefined English sparkling wine, crafting estate-grown cuvées of exceptional precision, elegance and depth. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown across their own vineyards, each wine reflects a meticulous focus on site, season and long-term quality.
The evening will showcase four of Nyetimber’s signature sparkling wines, expertly paired with a seasonal menu designed to complement their finesse, complexity and freshness. An intimate and elegant dining experience celebrating the season, craftsmanship, and some of the finest sparkling wines in the world.
